The Work

What PEMB Work Looks Like

Most of our crews are erecting pre-engineered metal buildings on hyperscale data center campuses, logistics and distribution hubs, cold storage facilities, and large-format industrial manufacturing facilities. Projects range from a 40,000 sq ft single-bay to a 2-million sq ft multi-phase campus. A typical assignment runs 4–16 weeks on-site, with travel covered and the next deployment lined up before you leave the current one. We work with America's largest general contractors — Hensel Phelps, Turner, Mortenson, Brasfield & Gorrie, DPR, McCarthy — and directly with owners on owner-directed labor scopes.
