These terms govern use of alphalabor.comand of internal tooling operated by Alpha Labor Co. (“Alpha Labor”).

Public website

Content on alphalabor.com is provided for informational purposes. Nothing on the site constitutes a binding offer of services; specific scopes of work and pricing are confirmed in a signed proposal or staffing agreement with Alpha Labor. We may update site content at any time without notice.

Alpha Labor Invoice Scraper (internal QBO app)

The “Alpha Labor Invoice Scraper” is an internal integration authored and operated solely by Alpha Labor for use with Alpha Labor’s own QuickBooks Online company. It is not distributed publicly and is not intended for installation on any other company’s books. Use is restricted to Alpha Labor employees and contractors acting under Alpha Labor’s authorization.

The app connects under OAuth2 with only thecom.intuit.quickbooks.accountingscope. It reads invoice and attachable records and writes no data back to QuickBooks Online. All derived data (weekly hours, crew counts) is stored only in Alpha Labor’s own Airtable base and on the authorized workstation.

Alpha Labor Wage Advance Notifications (SMS program)

Program name: Alpha Labor Wage Advance Notifications.

Description:a one-time SMS containing a unique signing link is sent to an active Alpha Labor employee’s personal mobile number after that employee verbally requests a wage advance from their Alpha Labor field-operations manager. Each link is valid for one specific advance and expires 10 days after it is sent. The program is not open to the general public; only current Alpha Labor employees and contractors may receive messages.

Message frequency: recipient-initiated only. A message is sent only when the recipient has requested a wage advance and the manager has approved it. Typical frequency is zero to a few messages per recipient per month, depending entirely on whether the recipient has requested an advance.

Message and data rates: standard message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile carrier and plan; Alpha Labor does not bill recipients for SMS.

Opt-out / STOP: reply STOP at any time to opt out of all future SMS messages from Alpha Labor. Opt-out is honored immediately. Other STOP-style keywords accepted: CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, STOPALL.

Carrier disclosure:wireless carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No warranty

Both the site and the internal integration are provided “as is” without warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alpha Labor disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
