Qualified journeymen, apprentices, foremen and superintendents for licensed electrical contractors, matched to the work on your job and billed hourly. You keep the license, the permits, and the scope, and you direct the installation.
Need an electrician at your home or business? We don't take service calls or owner jobs — we supply electrical workers to licensed electrical contractors.

Who it's for
Built for electrical contractors short on hands
You hold the license and the job is booked. The manpower schedule is the problem: a peak is coming, a job is going out of town, or the next phase needs more people than your shop carries.
Alpha Labor Co. supplies the people. We are a staffing company, not an electrical contractor. We don’t bid electrical work, pull permits, or take an electrical scope. You keep all of that, and our people work under your direction.
If you are a property owner or a GC looking for someone to do electrical work, we are not the call. Talk to a licensed electrical contractor, and have them call us if they need people.
The work
Where we start
We keep each specialty separate and check experience for each one. General commercial experience doesn’t qualify someone for mission critical work.
01
Data centers and mission critical
New construction, expansions, equipment installation, and controlled shutdown support. We screen for large feeders, cable tray and busway, switchgear, UPS and ATS connections, grounding, quality records, and procedure discipline.
02
Commercial
Retail, offices, hospitality, and tenant improvements. We screen for rough-in, raceways and cable systems, panels, lighting, devices, feeders, and plan reading.
03
Specialists, tracked separately
Commissioning, medium voltage terminations, protective relay work, and instrumentation are separate designations. Each takes demonstrated experience and any required credentials.
Who we supply
Four classifications, kept straight
01
Superintendents
Leadership across crews or work areas: manpower planning, coordination, safety, quality, and schedule. Checked through project history, leadership references, and a technical interview.
02
Foremen
Run a crew, read the drawings, plan the day, track production, and train apprentices. Checked through leadership references, a drawing review, and a technical assessment.
03
Journeymen
Journeyman-level work within the scope the credential allows. Checked through the license or certification, experience, a skills assessment, and references.
04
Apprentices
Assigned work under the supervision your jurisdiction requires. Checked through registration or enrollment where required, plus documented hours and training. Helpers are classified separately, so you always know who is who.
Credentials
What we check before anyone deploys
01
The credential, for that jurisdiction
We record who issued it, the number, the expiration date, and the date we verified it. We don’t assume an out-of-state credential authorizes work where your job is.
02
The skills
Technical assessment results, project history, and references stay on file, by specialty.
03
Safety training, separately
Safety training is tracked apart from trade credentials. A course completion doesn’t qualify anyone for every electrical task.
04
W-2 and E-Verify
Every worker is a W-2 employee of Alpha Labor, E-Verified at hire. Payroll, payroll taxes, and workers’ compensation sit on our side of the line.
How it works
From the call to the crew
01
Tell us the assignment
Your scope, crew makeup, qualification requirements, schedule, and location, plus who supervises and who supplies tools and PPE.
02
We match and verify
We match each person to the actual tasks and equipment and verify credentials for the jurisdiction. Project access requirements are confirmed against your contract.
03
We deploy
Local people or traveling crews, with travel, lodging, and rotations set before anyone leaves.
04
We check in
We review performance with you and replace anyone who isn’t the right fit, using the process we agreed up front.
What you keep
What stays yours
Here is the line, plainly.
The electrical license and the permits
The contract and the scope
Direction of the installation and supervision of the work
Your relationship with the GC and the owner
We carry the payroll, the recruiting, and the credential records.
Why Alpha Labor
A new division, an established labor company
The electrical division is new. The company behind it is not: Alpha Labor already runs W-2 crews on hyperscale data center sites, so site onboarding, travel, lodging, and payroll are daily work here.
Our 0.71 EMR is company-wide, and it was earned on steel and panel work. Ask us for the numbers for your prequal.
Markets
Where we staff jobs
We are starting in Texas, Florida, and Ohio. Other states come assignment by assignment, once we have confirmed the rules for that state and city.
No. Alpha Labor Co. is a staffing company. We supply W-2 electrical workers to licensed electrical contractors, who hold the license and permits, keep the scope, and direct the installation.
Can a property owner or GC hire you for electrical work?
No. We do not offer electrical work to owners or GCs. Hire a licensed electrical contractor, and if that contractor needs people, have them call us.
Do you take service calls or home wiring?
No. No service calls, no houses, and no repair work. We supply people to licensed electrical contractors on commercial and data center jobs.
Who supervises the crew?
You direct the installation. We settle the supervision arrangement and crew makeup with you before anyone deploys, including the apprentice supervision your jurisdiction requires.
Does an out-of-state license carry over?
We never assume it does. We check the requirements for the state and city where the job is and place people whose credentials fit.
Do you staff industrial, federal, water and wastewater, or renewables work?
Not as a standing offer yet. We add a specialty when we have people verified for it and a contractor who needs them. Tell us what your job needs and we will give you a straight answer.
How do you bill?
Hourly. Rates depend on the market, classification, specialty, and assignment conditions such as overtime, night shifts, and travel. On public and federal jobs we confirm wage, fringe, and payroll reporting requirements before we quote.
Where do you staff?
We are starting in Texas, Florida, and Ohio. Call (772) 285-6009 or send a request with the job location, and we will tell you where that state stands.
Short on electricians? Tell us the job.
Send the location, the scope, the crew you need, and the start date. Our electrical division reviews every request personally.
