How long does it take to erect a distribution center shell?
A 50,000 sqft PEMB shell typically runs about 8 weeks from anchor bolt verification through envelope close-out, with primary steel in weeks 1-2, secondary steel in week 3, roof in weeks 4-5, and walls in weeks 6-7. Larger logistics buildings scale with crew size rather than extending proportionally.
